I have been invited to both the Democratic and Republic
National Conventions. There is a part of me that does not want to go to either.
I would like a break from politics, the constant phone calls, the negativity,
the political hype. I will probably end up going to both. If I don’t go, I will
kick myself for not going. If I go, I will kick myself for going. I should go
though. I was invited to the Republican Convention in 2008 in Minneapolis and
chose not to go. A couple of members who invited me then have reminded me that
I did not go in 2008 and have invited me again to this years. So, I probably
will go.
