However, I don't know about other states, but in PA the new administrations have made operating almost impossible due to cash flow. Though not retiring, looking outside of Community Action for another position is on my mind. The scrutiny of expenditures has almost gotten beyond reasonable and necessary also.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
